Become a Homeowner

If you are interested in obtaining an ABILITY House for yourself, a family member or client, you must contact your local Habitat for Humanity affiliate or Fuller Center for Housing Covenant Partners. All applicants must meet the local organization’s homeowner criteria and all family selection is made by the local organization. Typically, Habitat for Humanity affiliates will focus on new home construction while Fuller Center for Housing Covenant Partners concentrate on both new home construction and rehabilitations of existing homes.

It is important to note that ABILITY Awareness’ relationships exist with the national offices of both organizations and the local affiliates may not yet be familiar with our program. We encourage you to refer them to our website or to contact us if they have any questions about the program and doing an ABILITY Build!

ABILITY Awareness has no control over family selection, and due to the number of inquiries we receive, we are not able to return messages regarding homeownership.
